We believe that emotions are a gift that God gives us to help us connect to Him and to other people. The emotional health class helps to recognize the emotions, then move to coping with them, then managing, then connecting. It's a process that takes time and community and we make space for it!

Make plans to join us - Childcare will be available for children 12 years old and younger.

• Consists of 9 classes on September 24th, October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th and November 5th, 12th, and 19th
