Weekend Retreat

You have suffered a tragedy.

Very few people seem to notice how deeply you’ve been affected, and life marches on around you. Maybe you’re doing better than you expected, but it hits you when you least expect it. Or maybe you can’t seem to take another step. Either way, we see you and want to know you and love you as you walk into this new season. 

Losing a spouse is never easy, whether through divorce or death. Even when a great wrong has occurred, there are conflicting emotions and the grieving process is confusing and lonely. We want to invite you into a community that understands.

Our Hope in Healing Retreat exists as a time for you to step away from the day-to-day and to walk alongside other women who have experienced this same type of loss, processing and growing, together. The leaders of this retreat, Janie & Caterina, have themselves experienced loss of their husbands to death, infidelity and abandonment, and their hearts are FOR you and your healing journey.

The weekend that you are committing to is September 23-26, 2023 in Normandy, Tennessee, with a monthly “Practical Advisor” event after that. Our spots are limited, so we ask that you prayerfully consider your commitment. If you are unable to participate for the weekend, but would like to join a support group, please make a note of that on your application.
