Client Advocate I (Intake Specialist)

Position Summary:
The Client Advocate I is a critical front-line role that embodies the mission and vision of 431 Ministries by welcoming new women into the Known Seen Loved™ Community. As the first personal point of contact, this Advocate walks with clients from initial inquiry through their third attendance, ensuring they are given clear on-ramps into the services and support that matches their personalized plan for independence. This role works in direct partnership with the Client Advocate II, who cares for the woman actively engaged in the program. Together, they ensure each client’s journey begins and ends with compassion, clarity, and consistency.
