Client Advocate
Position Summary:
The Client Advocate embodies the mission and vision of 431 Ministries by equipping and empowering women who have been through hardships to take steps toward an independent and hope-filled future. After meeting with the Intake Specialist(s), the Client Advocate walks with clients after they have learned about services and choose to be involved. The Client Advocate journeys with that client as they start to attend our Known, Seen, Loved opportunities through participation in our Side-by-Side program until the client reaches stability and graduates. The Client Advocate ensures each client’s journey begins and ends with compassion, clarity, and consistency.
Please note: because many of the women we serve are working mothers, this position requires some evening and weekend hours to ensure clients can access opportunities at times that work for them. These are scheduled with at least 2 weeks notice whenever possible.
